Fit for Summer

QUICK FITNESS UPDATE-Weight: 113.1 last time I checked (3 days ago). That's still 4-5 pounds over my normal weight, but I'm okay with that. I'm 5'3'' if you want to know.

 

Exercise:
Running 50 minutes, 3x a week (approximately 4-5 miles)
High intensity alternating incline walk/sprint/jog (from Jackie Warner's new book) for 20 minutes, 1x a week
Weights and abs sporadically wherever I'm feeling flabby-4x a week

Diet:
Roughly 1050-1200 calories a day


I've noticed it's really all about the diet; exercise is mostly just for toning, but the real weight loss happens when I watch my calorie intake. Hope that helps!

you look great! wish i still had a nice body but guess that's what happens when you're on your 3rd baby. hopefully i'll bounce back after this baby and get motived to get fit.

@pangie-oh hon, 3 babies is a GREATER accomplishment than any kind of weight loss! Congratulations-you're a stunning mommy and that's what I hope to be! =D
